PI Industries has been presented with two esteemed awards- Heritage Company of the Year and Lifetime Contribution to Indian Agrochemical Industry at the recently held FICCI-organised India @75: Chemical and Petrochemical Industry Awards 2021. The awards were distributed by Smt. Anupriya Patel, Hon’ble Minister of State, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, in the presence of senior officials from the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Government of India, Industry captains, other stakeholders of the sector.
The jury bestowed the award for ‘Heritage Company of India’ to PI Industries for its pioneering contribution to the chemical industry since inception. Sh. Salil Singhal, Chairman Emeritus, PI Industries accepted the award.
Another prestigious award, ‘Lifetime Contribution to Indian Agrochemical Industry’ was conferred to Dr. Raman Ramachandran, MD and CEO, PI Industries for his outstanding leadership and tireless efforts over the years.
