Water-Wise Farming with DSR
A climate-smart approach to rice cultivation that conserves water, lowers emissions, and reduces farming costs. The programme spans 310 villages, with over 13,000 farmers trained through 351 sessions, and more than 6,600 farmers adopting the Direct Seeded Rice technique.
Improving Learning Outcomes
An initiative to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy, reduce school dropout rates, and support children in building stronger educational foundations. The programme reaches over 5,300 students in government schools, enhancing learning in Grades 1–5 through teacher training, classroom innovation, and community engagement.

A community initiative that equips young people in Jambusar, Gujarat, with employability skills to support family incomes and strengthen local economic growth. The programme spans 100 villages, reaching over 5,700 youth in total, including more than 1,400 trained in 2024–25, and creates pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
Industrial Safety and Disaster Risk Management CoE
Our flagship initiative strengthens disaster resilience in the chemical industry by boosting preparedness, reducing risks, and promoting knowledge sharing among professionals and first responders. Built on impact-driven, beneficiary-focused design, it emphasises rigorous assessment, NGO partnerships, and ongoing evaluation to track progress.
